Do you provide same-day delivery?

Yes. Our express delivery service can deliver your parcel in as little as 15 minutes within metro areas, depending on the location and package size.

Can I send large or heavy items with Urgent Couriers?

Absolutely. We specialise in large item courier services for bulky, oversized, or heavy parcels. We’ll collect and deliver items up to 25kg and beyond.

Do you offer chilled or temperature-controlled delivery?

Yes, we provide chilled delivery services using temperature-controlled vehicles for perishable or sensitive goods.

Are you certified to handle dangerous goods?

Yes. Our dangerous goods courier service is managed by certified drivers and fully complies with New Zealand’s DG transport regulations.

Can I book a courier to pick up mail or parcels from my office?

Yes, we offer scheduled and on-demand mail and parcel pickup services. Ideal for businesses, our team collects directly from your premises.
